The Better Life Challenge

Today, I’m restarting The Better Life Challenge. It’s a great way to start your morning. Dean Graziosi put it together with his team and it’s had a BIG impact in my life. I was willing to take some simple steps and focus. That’s important. I’m not going to tell you about every challenge, but I will talk about the first one and the results I’m seeing over the next four weeks.

Day 1 Is simple. Try it and see how well you sleep. The first part is turn off your cell phone or at least put it in airplane mode. I sleep with the phone in airplane mode and it’s made the quality of sleep better, especially when combining it with the deep breathing exercise – breathe in for a count of 4. Hold it in for 4, then release your breath in a 4 count. Do it 4 times. When you’re feeling stressed or just need to slow down it’s a great exercise!

Then, think about 2 things for which you’re grateful. It could be your family. I’m always thinking on the blessing my wife and son have been in my life. It could be work, friends, just waking up healthy in the morning. Finally, think about two wins you want for tomorrow. You’re setting yourself up for success. See it happening and put some emotion into it. It’s a great way to go to sleep and a great way to set up your success!
